Member Assistance Programme (Individuals)
WHY:
To support our members with their overall wellbeing as well as their physical health, ensuring our international health plans continue to provide members with a broad health and wellness package.
WHAT:
The Members Assistance Program is provided by Spectrum.Life.
We know that life doesn't keep office hours. Whether you've had a difficult week at work, have a health worry, your relationship is under strain, or there's something going on in your life that you can't quite put a name to yet, your Member Assistance Programme (MAP) means you can reach a qualified counsellor for a chat whenever you need to, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Your MAP is now provided by Spectrum.Life, and remains included in your Now Health International plan at no extra cost. Spectrum.Life is a digital-first platform, and you can access all the tools and services you need through its website using your own secure login.
You don't need a crisis to call. Confidential. Always.
You don't have to wait until things become unmanageable. Spectrum.Life's counsellors can support you directly, or refer you to a specialist, on anything from the serious to the everyday, including:
- Stress, anxiety and low mood
- Grief and bereavement
- Relationship, marital and family problems
- Work pressure, workplace conflicts, and work-life balance
- Addiction and substance use concerns
- Money worries and debt
- Legal questions and consumer disputes
- Career planning, confidence and life transitions
If it's weighing on you, it's worth a call, or checking out Spectrum.Life's self-help resources and guides if you're not quite ready to speak to someone.
