SimpleCare – Where to get care ​

It's easy for you and your family to use your SimpleCare plan and access the best quality healthcare when you need it most.  ​

When you need in-patient treatment​

You must contact us first if you or a member of a family member needs to be admitted to hospital for in-patient or day-patient treatment.

This is so we can place a guarantee of payment with the medical provider, so you don't have the hassle of paying for the treatment upfront and then submitting a claim for reimbursement.

When you need out-patient treatment ​

Only members with our SimpleCare 100 or SimpleCare 250 plan are covered for out-patient treatment, e.g. GP visits.

If you have one of these plans and need to seek out-patient treatment, then you will need to pay for this yourself and submit a claim for reimbursement. Find out how you and your family can submit a claim online here

You can seek treatment at a medical practitioner of your choice or one from within our network. You can find a medical provider in our network using our Find a Medical Provider Tool.
