For employees with our SimpleCare 100 or SimpleCare 250 plan which includes out-patient treatment, they can choose to go to any medical practitioner of their choice or one from our network.
Employees can use our Find a Medical Provider Tool to find a medical provider in our network.
Your employees will need to pay for any out-patient treatment and then claim back their expenses online using our innovative digital tools.
