Now Health International has scooped the prize for Innovation of the Year at the 4th Middle East Insurance Industry Awards hosted in Dubai this month.
This award honours those companies that use innovation to demonstrate responsiveness to customers’ needs in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets, and we were awarded the winning prize for our innovative digital tools, which the judges said “revolutionise the online insurance claims process and provide a seamless user experience”.
We’re delighted to have received this worthy recognition of our digital tools, including our recently upgraded secure online portfolio and smartphone App. These tools are designed to not only improve the user experience, but also help to make the claims process as quick and efficient as possible, supporting us to deliver on our commitment to process claims within five working days.
