At Now Health International we are committed to being the most innovative international health insurance business worldwide, so this recognition of our service innovation is a fantastic first award to add to our 2017 trophy cabinet.
The Award speaks to the great achievements we’ve made in the UAE and beyond to innovate and improve services for our members in the past year. From upgrading our mobile app to make it even simpler and faster to find a nearby doctor or make a claim, to our new No Claims Discount which rewards members fortunate enough not to claim in the previous year.
In the UAE specifically, we’ve made significant progress following our new partnership with leading general insurer RSA and the launch of our tailored Dubai WorldCare Essential Plan in 2016, which complements existing Dubai Health Authority approved plans with worldwide coverage and enhanced benefits.
