Following a recent review of our WorldCare and SimpleCare plans we've updated our plans and premiums with effect from today, 1 April 2019. Here's all you need to know about our Product Review - with stable pricing and enhanced benefits and services, there are many more reasons to choose Now Health International as your international private medical insurance provider.
Pricing: We have made minimal premium increases to the vast majority of our individual and family plans to maintain competitiveness and ensure stable pricing for our customers. We also continue to offer favourable pricing to our existing members that want to upgrade to one of our enhanced WorldCare plans at renewal, meaning they can access higher benefits and added value services at a competitive price.
Benefits: We've also made enhancements to our flagship WorldCare plans to ensure we continue to provide one of most comprehensive, benefit rich products in the market. We've added five sessions of physiotherapy (post hospitalisation) to our In-Patient plan, WorldCare Essential. We've also enhanced the cover offered under other WorldCare plan benefits including In-Patient Emergency Dental Treatment and Out-Patient Psychiatric Illness. There will be no changes to plan benefits for our recently launched SimpleCare plans.
Added Value Services: Along with our benefits, we've also enhanced our added value services for WorldCare members - including second medical opinion, travel assistance and global concierge - to better meet the needs of our globally mobile clients. More broadly we've aligned some of our policy wordings globally to provide transparency and consistency across our plans, making it easier for members to take their plan with them if they move countries.
Companies: For companies we've also revised our small and medium sized (SME) classification to cover groups of 3 – 99 employees (previously 3 – 49 employees). This means groups of 50 – 99 employees will now be community rated and able to access beneficial premium rates.
