  • What is the mobile pass membership card?

    The mobile pass membership card is a digital version of your membership card. Members can store their mobile pass membership card in their smartphone wallet, so they can easily access it any time.  

  • Why has Now Health International launched the mobile pass membership card?

    Our new mobile pass membership card is a key milestone in our ongoing digital journey, as we work to integrate new technologies across our business in order to enhance the customer experience. 

    The new mobile pass membership cards also support our ‘Go Green’ agenda by helping us limit our impact on the environment.

  • What are the benefits of the mobile pass membership card?
    • Instant access: Members can access their mobile pass membership card instantly, with no waiting around for a printed card to arrive in the mail.
    • No need for printed membership cards: There is no need for you to remember to carry printed membership cards, you can simply download your mobile pass to your smartphone for instant use, anytime, anywhere.
    • Seamless online experience: Our mobile pass is fully integrated with our existing digital tools, including smartphone App and secure online portfolio, for a seamless online customer experience. 
    • Demonstrate treatment eligibility: Simply show your mobile pass membership card to your medical provider when seeking treatment within our network for instant plan validation.
    • Always up to date: If you change your plan benefits at renewal, the mobile pass will change without any action needed from your side. The changes are automatically ’pushed’ to the phone so the information is always up to date and accurate.
    • Environmentally friendly: The mobile pass also supports our Go Green agenda as we work to reduce our carbon footprint. 
  • Will all members have access to the mobile pass membership card?

    Yes. The mobile pass will be available for all WorldCare and SimpleCare members.

  • Will members still get a printed membership card?

    No. As part of our digital membership card strategy, going forward you will only receive the mobile pass membership card and no printed membership card.*

    *Please note that in certain markets (China) members will require a physical card for regulatory or other operational reasons.

  • What devices are the mobile pass membership card compatible with?

    The mobile pass membership card is compatible with iPhone and Android smartphone devices.

    iPhone: For members with an iPhone, they can download their mobile pass to their Apple Wallet.

    Android: For members with an Android device, they can download their mobile pass to their Google Pay wallet. Please note the member may need to install Google Pay on their smartphone first.

    WeChat: The mobile pass membership card is not currently compatible with WeChat Pay.

  • How do I download my mobile pass membership card?

    Via the Welcome/Renewal Email: When you become a member or renew a plan, you will automatically receive a welcome/renewal email from us which will contain a link to download your individual mobile pass membership card. Simply click on the link to download to your smartphone wallet. 

    Via the Secure Online Portfolio: You can also download your mobile pass from your secure online portfolio at any time. Simply log in, go to the ‘My Plan’ page and click on the ‘Download mobile wallet membership card’ button at the bottom of the page.

    Every family member will get their own unique mobile pass membership card. 

  • What information does the mobile pass membership card display?

    The mobile pass displays vital plan information including: 

    • Your plan type
    • Your membership number
    • Your plan expiry date
    • Any Annual Deductible 
    • Any co-insurance or per-visit excess
    • Your Direct Billing access 

    The mobile pass all displays useful contact numbers with a click to call feature so you can easily get in touch with us. 

    You can also use the mobile pass to access our smartphone App, your secure online portfolio, our blogs and much more!

  • Is the existing mobile pass membership card and virtual membership card continue to be accepted by medical providers?

    If you have not yet downloaded your new pass, please do so before 13 September 2024. 

    This means that medical providers will no longer be able to validate the plan after 13 Sept 2024 if you are still using the old card although virtual membership card will continue to be accepted as per current arrangements. Please download your new pass on your portfolio now.
