The telemedicine consultation fee and any medication expenses will be covered as per the terms of your plan. Any Out-Patient deductible, per visit excess or co-insurance will apply as per terms of your plan.
Please note, if your plan does not include Out-Patient cover, then you will not be eligible for reimbursement for a telemedicine Out-Patient consultation (e.g. GP consultation).
If you choose to visit one of the providers listed above then you will be able to access these services on a direct billing basis. If you choose to use another telemedicine provider, you can these services on a pay and claim reimbursement basis only. However please note that the 'Reasonable and Customary Charges' condition of your plans will apply. Please refer to the Member's Handbook for further details.
