  • Who is Now Health International's new insurance partner - Arabia Insurance Company S.A.L?

    We are delighted to introduce our new insurance partner in the UAE, Arabia Insurance Company S.A.L.

    Established in 1944 and present across nine Arab countries, Arabia Insurance Company S.A.L. owes its strength to 75 years of regional expertise, locally customised solutions, and a key focus on customer centricity to meet customers’ evolving needs. 

    Our partnership combines Now Health’s global presence and expertise in providing high quality international health insurance solutions and state of the art digital tools, with Arabia Insurance’s long-standing local knowledge and ability to deliver customised solutions in the region.

  • When does this new partnership take effect?

    The new partnership comes into effect from 1 August 2020.  

  • How does this change impact providers?

    We want to reassure that there will be no change to our plans and processes for providers under the new arrangements.

    This means:

    • No changes to our plans and benefit limits.

    • No changes to our provider payment processes*. 

    • No need for you to do anything differently when it comes to arranging Direct Billing or securing Guarantees of Payment with Now Health International.

    *Please note there is a new Payer ID for those cards displaying the new Arabia Insurance Company S.A.L logo. Please see further details below. 

  • What Payer ID should providers use when submitting claims?

    When making claim submissions to us (including all eclaim/ eAuthorisations/ PBM transactions), please ensure you use the correct Payer ID depending on which logo is presented on the patient's Now Health International membership card. 

    Please remember to use the correct Payer ID to prevent any delays to your claims processing and payment. Please click below for more details.

  • How does this impact Now Health International membership cards?

    Please note all new Now Health International membership cards will be updated to reflect the new partnership. Please see an example of the new card here with the Arabia Insurance Company S.A.L logo. This includes both our physical and digital membership cards.

  • Should providers still accept Now Health International membership cards with the RSA logo?

    Yes. Please note that existing Now Health International members will continue to be insured by RSA until their next plan renewal. 

    This means that our existing members will still present you with a Now Health International membership card which displays the RSA logo.

    These cards remain valid so please continue to accept them (provided the card displays a valid plan date).
