  • Why is there a new healthcare provider network for my Now Health International plan?

    Now Health International is continuously looking for ways to improve our global healthcare proposition and often reviews the structure and terms of our various partnerships.

     




  • Who is Medigo?

    Medigo launched in 2013 as a medical travel platform with the slogan, ‘Medical Travel Made Simple’. Between 2013 and 2020, Medigo arranged thousands of treatments ranging from simple health check-ups to breakthrough cancer therapies.

    In 2017, Medigo expanded into providing TPA services. In 2020, Medigo decided to shut down its medical travel platform and focus solely on business services, leveraging its valuable global network and know-how.

  • When can I access the Medigo healthcare provider network?

    You can access healthcare facilities in the Medigo provider network from 1st June 2021.

    Your secure online portfolio and Mobile Pass will be updated on this date to reflect the change in healthcare network. In addition to seeing the Medigo logo on your Mobile Pass, you will also be able to search for healthcare providers in the usual way, ensuring you continue to benefit from nationwide coverage and can use your health plan wherever you are in the UK.

  • What do I need to do to access the Medigo network?

    You can search for healthcare providers in the usual manner.

    The plan validation process remains the same and all Medigo providers have received training on how to validate your plan when you arrive for treatment.

  • Will anything change in relation to my health plan?

    Not as a result of the new agreement with Medigo.

    The process for contacting us, making claims, or seeking pre-authorisation for claims will remain the same, as will your plan features and benefits.

    You should continue to consult your Member’s Handbook in your secure online portfolio for full details of your plan features, benefits, and all other information relating to making claims or accessing treatment.

  • Can I still see details of previous claims within the previous network?

    Yes, all details relating to previous claims will remain available in your secure online portfolio. Just select the relevant plan year from the drop-down menu in your secure online portfolio to review any details of previous claims.
