  • Why has Now Health International launched a Member Assistance Programme?

    At Now Health International, we are committed to supporting your overall wellbeing. To this end, we have introduced the Member Assistance Programme alongside our international health insurance plans as part of a broader health and wellness package.

  • Who is the service available to?

    Now Health International is offering the Member Assistance Programme to all our individual and family members on a WorldCare plan.

  • What is the Member Assistance Programme? What do I get access to?

    The new service is provided by LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell, a leading provider of integrated health and wellness solutions. It provides you with access to:

    • Professional Counselling
      • The service provides 24/7 access to professional support, including counselling, advice, and family support.
      • Advice and support for a range of issues, from serious life changes to everyday matters, such as:
        • Work/Life Balance
        • Family/Parenting
        • Relationships
        • Stress, depression, anxiety
        • Workplace challenges
        • Cross-cultural transition
        • Culture shock
        • Coping with isolation and loneliness
        • Addiction concerns
        • Crises
      • Up to 5 sessions of short-term counselling per year
      • Secure virtual counseling sessions via multiple channels, including video, chat, telesupport.

    • Member Assistance Programme portal and App
      • You can also access a wide range of information and advice about health and wellness via the LifeWorks portal and
      • The library contains thousands of articles and podcasts covering family, health, life, money, and work.

  • What type of advice can the Member Assistance Programme provide?

    The service can provide you with advice and confidential counselling on a range of issues, from serious life changes to everyday issues.

    • Short-term Professional Counselling for personal and emotional issues, including bereavement, work-life balance, relationships, stress, depression, anxiety, and workplace
    • Family Support Services to assist you with family planning, parenting, childcare and more (as available by country/culture).
    • Legal Support Services to help answer legal questions relating to matters such as divorce, adoption, and property (as available by country/culture).
    • Financial Support Services to assist you with budgeting, tax issues, debt management and more (as available by country/culture).

    Accessing the service is easy:
