Francesca’s decision to choose a Now Health International WorldCare plan paid off in 2018, when she was able to return home to the Netherlands to give birth to her baby. Billing costs for the hospital in the Netherlands were covered by their counterpart in Germany, who in turn sent the billing to our Claims Team in the UAE, meaning Francesca’s pregnancy and birth was a truly international collaboration!
Francesca said: “In 2018, I was pregnant, and I decided to have my delivery back home in my home country, the Netherlands. And fortunately, I had a worldwide coverage, so my delivery in the Netherlands was fully covered by Now Health and there was direct reimbursement. So, while I was in the Netherlands, I went to the hospital, everything was directly covered by the counterpart, which was based in Germany, and I absolutely had no issues whatsoever with my delivery or any reimbursement related to my pregnancy.
“When it comes to my life in Dubai, and my experience with Now Health International, I wanted to say that every time I go to any kind of clinic or hospital which has direct billing with Now Health International, everything goes very smoothly, I've never had any problem with any reimbursements so far, even my medications. I have a thyroid problem - even my medications are fully covered.
