My father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2020. From diagnosis he was very fortunate to be a Now Health International member, which enabled him to receive the best possible treatment and care.
Now Health enabled my father to access hospital care in multiple countries and the most advanced treatments including immunotherapy and targeted therapy. During his life and career as a cardiologist, my father served thousands of patients and helped them through life threatening situations, so it’s only fitting that he would have access the best possible care in his time of need. Now Health made this possible, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
We want to specifically thank Dr.Shabrina Fathima for all her help throughout my father’s journey. She was our guardian angel and made a complex and daunting process very simple, allowing us to focus on our father. She provided exceptional customer service, support, responsiveness and empathy. She went above and beyond countless times, working around the clock to get answers or move things along so that my father continued to receive treatment expediently.
While my father sadly died in May 2022, we wanted to thank Now Health and Dr.Fathima for being so easy to work with and enabling my father to access the best possible care.
