Resetting your password
Welcome to the third video in this series of managing your account using the Now Health website.
Forgetting or mislaying your password is a common problem but easily to fix.
Just go to the login panel from the home page.
Click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ link under the login box.
The next screen asks you for your email address – this has to be the one you used to create your account, just add it and click the button.
Now check your email…
You will see an automated email from us containing your email address and a new password. Use this to log in to your account.
You might want to change this system generated password to something more memorable so you can avoid this process in the future.
To do this, log in to your account and click on the ‘About Me’ tab.
The top section allows you to change both your email and password. To change your password, just enter your current one here; type your new memorable password here and confirm the new password by entering it here.
The password must be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 characters and contain minimum 2 and maximum 4 numeric values.
There must be one capital letter and special characters such as @#& are not allowed.
The last 13 password iterations cannot be re-used.
When you’re happy with the new password, just click the Submit button and you all done.
