The work doesn’t stop here

We’re delighted we’ve maintained the great standard of service our members demand on our key metrics, and have even seen a slight increase on our already high ratings for claims service and overall customer experience.

Moving forward, we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and ensure we do even better next year.

Many of our members said they'd like to better manage their claims online and also asked for an easier way to search for a medical provider within our network. Well they said it and we listened...

In response to our member feedback, we've launched our new Find a Medical Provider online tool and also upgraded our Mobile App. We’ve also recently made some major enhancements to our secure online portfolio for members.
