Our second Intermediary Survey
Following the launch of our Intermediary Survey in 2017, the results of our second ever survey are now in.
Thank you to all those that took part and gave us your feedback, which we will use to further enhance the products and services we offer you and your clients.
We're pleased we've maintained our high overall satisfaction levels at 88% and that 9 in 10 of you would recommend us.
We're also grateful for the feedback we received about the areas you would like us to improve on, from even faster turn around times to enhanced digital tools.
Here are just some of the activities we're undertaking to address your comments...
1. Digital Transformation
✓ Innovative mobile pass membership cards are now available for SimpleCare members, and will be rolled out to all WorldCare members later this year
✓ We've recently upgraded the functionality of our Online Broker Quote Tool to make it easier for you to sort by relevance as well as price, and you can also now view individual premiums for each family member
✓ In the year ahead we're also continuing to develop our omni-channel distribution platform to provide a seamless end to end user experience
2. Competitive Pricing
✓ Following our recent Product Review, we've delivered below market inflation premium increases to the vast majority of our individual and family plans (both WorldCare and SimpleCare) to ensure stable pricing for you and your clients
✓ From 1 April 2019 we've revised our SME classification to cover groups of 3 – 99 employees (previously 3 – 49 employees). This means Groups of 50 – 99 employees will now be community rated (for new business only)
3. Enhanced Proposition
✓ Our new SimpleCare product has now been launched across all our markets (exc China), providing an affordable IPMI solution for your cost conscious clients
✓ We're continuing to invest in our proposition development, with a particular focus on how we can better cater for your SME clients
