Travel Safety Services for our globally mobile members

Following the launch of our enhanced WorldCare plans earlier this year, we now offer a range of complimentary added value services to our members, including a travel safety service from red24.

As an international health insurance provider, we know many of our globally mobile members are frequent travelers, so it’s important for us to let them know we have their backs, wherever they go. That’s why we’ve teamed up with red24, the travel safety experts, to offer a range of travel safety services, from real time alerts through to crisis support.

Members with our enhanced WorldCare plans can access the following services:

  • Extensive safety and security travel-related information from red24’s website. This includes security risk, travel and health intelligence on over 240 countries and 170 cities worldwide.
  • Real time Travel Alerts delivered via email or SMS about security or travel-related issues or incidents, to help members plan and avoid risks.  These alerts can be tailored to specific countries that members travel to regularly, or for the duration of a trip abroad.
  • Access to a specialist 24/7 crisis support Hotline in case members are affected by an incident when they travel. The specialist hotline can provide a range of advice, from guidance when someone loses a passport to direction in an emergency.
  • red24’s Daily Newsletter which provides a consolidated round-up of all major security and travel-related incidents worldwide, broken down by region.
