- Secure Online Portfolio: Members receive their own personalised log which enables them to view and download plan documents, see a summary of how much of their benefits have been used to date, submit claims and pre-authorisations online, track all your claims in real time, and even introduce us to their favourite medical provider.
- Smartphone App: Our Smartphone App is available for download for both iPhone and Android. The App enables members to find the nearest doctor or specialist from within our provider network, make and book appointments, and submit claims.
