WorldCare Health Insurance Plans - Comprehensive, worldwide cover

Our award-winning flagship WorldCare product is designed to be comprehensive and benefit rich, with different levels of cover to suit various lifestyles. Providing easy access to world-class health facilities worldwide, WorldCare provides our globally mobile members with peace of mind that they can access the best care both at home and overseas.  

There are four levels of cover to choose from, ranging from essential hospital care through to our most comprehensive plan which includes in and out-patient treatment cover, including dental and maternity. All our plans come with the great service Now Health International is renowned for, including our fast and accurate claims service and state of the art digital tools. 

WorldCare Essential

The most affordable package is designed for people who want to be sure they can access in-patient and day-patient care when they need it while minimising their health insurance costs. You can choose a higher excess to lower your premiums if you only intend to claim for high-cost, infrequent medical events.

WorldCare Advance

This plan covers you for in-patient and day-patient treatment and out-patient care including GP and specialist appointments, physiotherapy and alternative therapies. It is suitable for people who want all-round medical care.

WorldCare Excel

This plan covers you for in-patient, day-patient and out-patient treatment at higher benefit levels than WorldCare Advance. It also includes routine and complex dental care after a nine-month waiting period.

WorldCare Apex

This is our highest level of cover. With very high benefit limits, it includes in-patient, day-patient, out-patient, and routine and complex dental treatment, at higher benefit levels than WorldCare Excel. WorldCare Apex also includes routine maternity care after a 12-month waiting period.

We’ve designed WorldCare plans to be simple and easy to use, so they fit into busy lifestyles. This means you don’t have to spend unwanted time accessing healthcare directly or submitting and chasing a claim.

We also offer state of the art digital tools to all our members, making it easier for you to utilise your WorldCare plan anywhere in the world, anytime. All our members have access to our:

  • Secure Online Portfolio: Members receive their own personalised log which enables them to view and download plan documents, see a summary of how much of their benefits have been used to date, submit claims and pre-authorisations online, track all your claims in real time, and even introduce us to their favourite medical provider.
  • Smartphone App: Our Smartphone App is available for download for both iPhone and Android. The App enables members to find the nearest doctor or specialist from within our provider network, make and book appointments, and submit claims.
