Now Health International, the international health insurance provider has won Best International Private Health Insurance Product at the 2013 Professional Adviser International Fund & Product Awards.
The award has been won in respect of the WorldCare proposition which has been designed to deliver top-end benefits in an easy to understand and simple to choose way.
The judges noted the following:
“A thoroughly refreshing approach to international private health insurance. As a core product WorldCare not only offers great flexibility, but benefits are explained and set out extremely clearly. Judges liked the up front approach and were particularly impressed with the prominence of exclusions, leaving customers in no uncertainty over what is and isn’t covered under the plan. The online ‘Help me Decide’ tool was another notable jewel to guide those seeking the most appropriate type of cover. There was a strong sense that the product had been built with service in mind, which really shone through. An excellent proposition.”
This is the second accolade in two years for WorldCare; the first in 2012 when we were awarded Product Innovation of the Year at the MENA Insurance Awards.
