What's new with WorldCare?

In response to market feedback, we’ve upgraded our WorldCare plans to better serve our members' international healthcare needs.

Following the most comprehensive product review since we first opened our doors, our enhanced WorldCare plans will provide members with exactly the same great standard of service that they've come to expect, but with even greater benefits and new added value services.

What’s more, with our new in and day-patient annual deductible customers will have greater flexibility to tailor plans to their needs and budget.

Key enhancements to WorldCare include: 

  • WorldCare Essential: Full refund now available for in/day and out-patient diagnostic procedures, e.g. MRI scans
  • WorldCare Advance and Excel: Full refund now available for maintenance of chronic conditions
  • WorldCare Apex: Maternity benefit has increased by more than 16% to USD 17,500/ EUR 14,000/ GBP 10,940/ SGD 22,750/ RMB 110,250
  • All Plans: Full refund now available for in-patient renal dialysis, and an increase in the benefit limit for out-patient renal dialysis up to USD 100,000/ EUR 80,000/GBP 62,500/ SGD 130,000/ RMB 630,000 for all plans except Essential
