Now Health challenges customers to test its service promises

Now Health International, the newly launched international private medical insurance provider, has entered the market with a service promise that they will provide high quality customer service.

The company intends to lead the way in the market with its service offering and is challenging its customers to put the service to the test.

The customer service guarantee consists of six promises when buying, claiming, editing or renewing - for both intermediaries and customers - and is outlining specific times for responses.

Now Health's set of service guarantees include:

A Commitment to Process Eligible Claims Quickly, Within  Five Working days
Fast underwriting Decisions - a Guarantee to respond to underwriting Referred Business Within  Two days Working
Plan Documents dispatched Within  Five Working days
If customers Decide to Go Paper-free, Membership Cards Will be dispatched Within Two Working days
A Guarantee of payment for medical Providers Within  Two Working days
A Promise to respond to All Enquiries Within  one Working Day
