What's new with our plans?
Following a recent product review of our WorldCare and SimpleCare plans we've updated our plans and premiums with effect from 1 April 2024.

Pricing

Stable Pricing for WorldCare and SimpleCare: We have made minimal premium increases to our individual and family plans to maintain competitiveness and ensure stability for your clients. Please note there may be some variation on premium increase depending on the plan and rating area.

Family and Large Family Discount: We continue to offer a 10% discount to families with two adults and one or two children on the same policy, and a 15% large family discount for large families with two adults and at least three children on the same plan.
- Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)/Member Assistance Programme (MAP): We will continue providing this as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting members with their well-being with access to confidential counselling on a range of life changes to everyday issues.
Updated Wordings to our plans
We have wordings updated for Pregnancy Medical Conditions and Maternity benefits, with the aim of providing clarity on the existing coverage available for caesarean sections (voluntary or emergency).
Exclusions: We have made small changes to the Pregnancy or maternity exclusion 5.26.
