Following a recent Product Review of our WorldCare and SimpleCare plans, we've updated our plans and premiums with effect from 1st April 2026.

Stable pricing and new benefits added to our plans
We have made minimal premium increases to most of our individual and family plans to maintain competitiveness and ensure stability for your clients, and we are pleased to continue our commitment to long-term price sustainability by working with our partners globally to contain medical costs and inflation.
Continued 10% Family and 15% Large Family Discount
We continue to offer 10% discount to families with two adults and one or two children under the same policy. And 15% discount to a large family defined as two adults and three or more children under the same policy.
Continued Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) / Member Assistance Programme (MAP)
We will continue providing this as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting members with their well-being with access to confidential counselling on a range of life events to everyday issues.
New benefits and enhancements to our plans
We have introduced several new benefits and made enhancements to our plans, with the aim of improving coverage and providing additional support to our members.
Some of the enhancements we have made include:
New Cover Options
1. New Dental Benefit Options (SME Plans only)
We have added new Dental Benefit Options to SimpleCare 100 and 250 SME plans. There are now 2 optional benefits available for SimpleCare group plans with limits of USD 300/ EUR 240/ GBP 185/ SGD 390/ RMB 1,900 for SimpleCare 100 and USD 750/EUR 600/GBP 470/SGD 975/RMB 4,725 for SimpleCare 100 and SimpleCare 250
2. New High-Cost Provider Co-Insurance Option(Singapore Binder)
We have introduced a new option to reduce premium, by selecting a 30% co-insurance on any treatment received at Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles or Parkway East facilities in Singapore on WorldCare Essential, Advance, Excel and Apex plans.
3.New Greater China Public Hospital Option (China Binder)
We added a new option to reduce premium, by restricting treatment to Public Hospitals in Greater China only on WorldCare Essential, Advance and Excel plans. Treatment outside Greater China is subject to the Emergency non-Elective Treatment outside Greater China benefit.
4. New Mainland China Public Hospital Option (China binder)
We added a new option to reduce premium, by restricting treatment to Public Hospitals in Mainland China only for SimpleCare Jade, Amber and Crystal. Treatment outside Mainland China is subject to the Emergency non-Elective Treatment outside Mainland China benefit.
5. New Hospital Room Rate Restriction Option (China binder)
We have introduced to reduce premium by limiting hospital accommodation charges of up to RMB 2,000 per day for any In-Patient or Day-Patient treatment on WorldCare Essential, Advance, Excel, and Apex plans, and on SimpleCare Jade, Amber, and Crystal plans.
Changes to Plan and Benefits
1. Hospital Charges, Medical Practitioner and Specialist Fees
Section ii) Ancillary charges have been updated and renamed DMEPOS Charges, and now provides wider coverage to include air boots, delivery systems for prescribed medication and orthotic supplies
New limits are applicable as follows:
WorldCare Essential & Advance and All SimpleCare plans: USD 2,000/ EUR 1,600/ GBP 1,250/ SGD 2,600/ RMB 12,600
Excel: USD 3,000/ EUR 2,400/ GBP 1,875/ SGD 3,900/ RMB 18,900
Apex: USD 4,000/ EUR 3,200/ GBP 2,500/ SGD 5,200/ RMB 25,200
2. Hospital Cash Benefit
The Hospital cash benefit has been updated on WorldCare and SimpleCare plans. A new section has been added to provide a cash benefit for specified Major Elective Surgeries at hospitals subject to pre-authorisation and a 9-month waiting period applies. A 180 days waiting period applies for China binder.
New Limits are applicable as follows:
i) USD 200/ EUR 160/ GBP 125/ SGD 260/ RMB 1,260 per admission
ii) USD 1,000/ EUR 800/ GBP 625/ SGD 1,300/ RMB 6,300 per Major Elective Surgery
3. Dental Care Benefit
Preventative scaling, polishing and sealing is now allowed twice a year for WorldCare and SimpleCare plans.
4. USA Elective Treatment Benefit
The benefit has been updated on WorldCare plans. It has been altered to remove the 50% co insurance for Out-Patient Treatment outside the Now Health International Network. Eligible Out-Patient Treatment costs in the USA will be paid up to the Out-Patient limits of Policy.
5.Out-Patient Physiotherapy and Alternative Therapies
An extra clause has been added that sessions must be conducted at a recognised medical facility or an approved healthcare centre. Home-based sessions are not covered on WorldCare and SimpleCare plans.
Other Changes
Other wordings changes are applied on WorldCare and SimpleCare plans.
Exclusions: We have revised Nursing Homes, convalescence homes, health Hydros, Health Resorts, Health Spas and nature cure clinics and Reproductive Medicine Exclusion to WorldCare and SimpleCare plans.
Definitions: We have added a new definition for Major Elective Surgery and Deductible definition has been modified to provide more clarity.
We have updated Maximum Age Limit (Indonesia SME Binder) maximum entry age has been reduced from 79 to 74.
We have updated Individual Policy Application Forms of New members who have a starting age of 75-79 years old will now be required to provide the medical reports with their application.
We have updated Complaint wording Step 2 (BDIL binder only) for sake of clarity.
