Why do I need to clear my cache?

To make the broker quote engine as fast as possible in delivering prices and options, the site makes use of 'caching', which means that your computer saves information from the site so it doesn't need to ask for it repeatedly.  When we deliver new functionality, your computer will continue to serve the content it has remembered and if it doesn't match the information coming from the website, there will be a conflict.  This is why some people have been seeing a blank screen since the last update at the end of December.

The addition of SimpleCare to the quote engine is an extensive update, so a full clear down of all cookies, browsing history and caching of anything from 'now-health.com' is required to make sure that you see the full content.  The links above provide instructions for Chrome v71 and Internet Explorer 11 users.
